Our fees depend on the location, property size and service package. We don't publish a fixed rate because every property is different – we discuss exact numbers in a personal call so we can offer you the best terms. There are no hidden costs and no setup fees.
In Dubai and Bangkok, properties typically need permits which we help you obtain. In Malta, we handle the entire Short-Let License application process for you – from documentation to submission. We've done it dozens of times and know exactly what authorities require.
Mostly families and professional travelers aged 20–60, predominantly from French, English, Italian and Spanish-speaking countries. We screen every booking, require ID verification, and only accept guests with strong platform ratings. No parties, no events – ever.
Our emergency response team is available 24/7. Guests reach us first, not you. For most issues, our local technicians can be on-site within 1–2 hours. Major repairs are coordinated through your trusted contractors or ours – your choice.
All bookings go through Airbnb, Booking.com and similar platforms which include damage protection (Airbnb AirCover up to $3M). On top of that, we collect a security deposit for every booking and document the property's condition with photos before and after each stay.
